Each month, the Phoenix Jewel of the East Lions Club conducts Personality Development Sessions with club members as rotating facilitators. 

These sessions engage the Leos and cubs of the Club and serve as a great platform to develop good communication skills, critical thinking and help in developing a point of view while promoting confidence in expressing one's view. Wide ranging topics are discussed with a panel of Leos and Cubs -- topics ranging from issues that affect individual, society and the world.
